The worktable exchange system is driven by a servo motor, completing fast exchanges within 7 seconds to significantly enhance productivity. The worktable positioning cones are equipped with an automatic air-blowing function to ensure positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm and repeatability of ±0.005mm.

Providence Technology’s machining centers feature an automatic worktable exchange system, with X, Y, and Z axes utilizing precision linear guides for smooth and lightweight movement. Designed for mass production and high-precision, high-efficiency machining, the system allows operators to clamp workpieces while machining, reducing non-cutting time and improving overall productivity.

The machine is equipped with a built-in hydraulic tank and oil cooler, saving space and simplifying installation. The Z-axis counterbalance system includes a guide rail, enhancing stability during spindle movement and ensuring machining accuracy. The lubrication system uses a volumetric distributor to provide even oil distribution, ensuring smooth axial movement. The saddle and worktable feature a box-type structure, offering high load-bearing capacity for stable and precise machining.
